Pretty
My love, your lips
They look so pretty tonight,
How they glisten in the moonlight,
Or is that the antiseptic light.
You see,
you'd never paint with lipstick,
So I took a stick instead.
Your look so pretty, all dripping red.
Those marks will heal,
The chains will fall,
You will be pretty in a second,
Just one more stitch.
I'd love to hear you comment,
On your brand new look,
I took forever looking in those barbie books,
But you've been so quite, let's just look.
Your face is there,
Your smile too,
The nose is crooked,
Adds character for you.
